Job Requirements: 

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in WordPress development, with a focus on marketing funnel optimization and automation. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in building and maintaining sales funnels, landing pages, and automated workflows using GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
  • Front-End Development Skills: Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
  • Marketing Integration: Knowledge of integrating Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking into websites. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot website issues and provide timely solutions. 
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations.

Core responsibilities:

  • Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites for client agencies, ensuring functionality and responsiveness.
  • Funnel Building: Collaborate with marketing teams to build and optimize sales funnels, ensuring seamless user experiences from lead generation to conversion. 
  • Landing Page Creation: Develop high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns, integrating automations and conversion tracking. 
  • Meta Ads Integration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure all websites and landing pages are optimized for Meta Ads. 
  • Automation Integration: Implement marketing automation systems (e.g., GoHighLevel) within client websites to streamline lead management and customer engagement. 
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain websites, identifying and resolving any technical issues that arise.
