Position Overview

We are seeking organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Sports Travel & Event Coordinator. This role focuses on assisting clients with coordinating travel arrangements and event-related logistics for sporting events, tournaments, and group experiences.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel and events space. Structured onboarding and ongoing training are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating travel arrangements for sporting events, including hotels, transportation, and packages
Support event-related planning, including scheduling and itinerary coordination
Communicate with clients regarding travel details, timelines, and event information

Maintain organized records of bookings and client communications
