This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our various technology projects. The successful candidate will have a blend of project management skills and technical knowledge, ready to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
Define and create project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Manage and mentor a team of up to 10 members.
Facilitate decision-making related to technical aspects such as choosing the tech stack and architecture.
Track project progress using tools like JIRA, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues.
Foster a collaborative working environment, ensuring alignment with Shift Boolean's values and goals.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a software development environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical team members.
