Senior Product Manager

Full-Time  |  Product & Technology  |  Remote (India Only) / Hybrid

AI/ML Experience Required    Telephony Knowledge a Plus 

About the Role

We are building a cutting-edge platform that tests Generative AI-based Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems through real, automated phone calls — helping enterprises validate, benchmark, and improve their AI-powered voice experiences before they reach end customers. This is a high-impact space at the intersection of conversational AI, telephony, and quality engineering.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from vision and strategy through discovery, delivery, and post-launch optimization. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing, and will play a pivotal role in shaping a product that sits at the forefront of AI-driven communication testing.

The ideal candidate has direct, hands-on experience managing AI/ML products and a strong intuition for how large language models and generative AI systems behave in production. Familiarity with telephony infrastructure and IVR systems will set you apart.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Vision

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Gen AI IVR testing platform, aligned with business goals.

  •  Act as the voice of the customer while balancing long-term product scalability.

  • Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.

Discovery & Requirements

  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.

  • Translate customer needs and market insights around AI/ML and conversational voice systems into clear product requirements and user stories.

  • Lead product discovery, validation, and feature definition using data and customer feedback.

  • Prioritize the product backlog to balance customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Partner with AI/ML engineers to define model evaluation criteria, testing frameworks, and performance benchmarks.

  • Conduct internal product demos and walkthroughs for stakeholders prior to customer release.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations across regions and time zones.

  • Drive successful product launches and coordinate go-to-market activities.

Documentation, Compliance & Launch Readiness

  • Own and maintain comprehensive product documentation, ensuring it is accurate, up to date, and accessible.

  • Ensure product compliance with regional regulations, security standards, and client requirements.

  • Ensure product readiness by aligning documentation, training, and release materials before launch.

  • Make data-driven decisions to improve product adoption, usability, and customer satisfaction.

 

What You BringRequired Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead PM role.

  • Proven track record of defining and shipping successful B2B or B2C products at scale.

  • Hands-on experience managing AI/ML products — you understand model lifecycles, evaluation pipelines, and the nuances of shipping AI-powered features to production. (Must Have)

  • Familiarity with Generative AI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI evaluation/testing methodologies.

  • Strong ability to write clear, concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Linear, Redmine).

  • Excellent analytical skills — comfortable working with data, dashboards, and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker).

  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.

  • Experience owning go-to-market coordination and product launch activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of telephony systems, IVR platforms, and voice infrastructure (e.g., SIP, VoIP, Twilio, Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect) is a significant advantage. (Big Plus)

  • Experience with QA, testing, or DevOps tooling for AI systems.

  • Background in SaaS, conversational AI, contact centre, or enterprise voice platforms.

  • Experience with compliance-sensitive products (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, regional data regulations).

  • Experience working in globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.

  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus, but not required.
