This job is in EST Working hours. It require work from office during initial period and as and when required. WFO work will be in regular shift else for EST timezone candidates   can work remotely.

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ad Operations Associate to join our team and support day-to-day campaign operations across programmatic advertising platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
● Monitor and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple Verticals.
● Troubleshoot campaign delivery, pacing, targeting and creative related issues.
● Validate campaign setup including budgets, geofence targeting, audience targeting, creatives and tracking.
● Analyze delivery data and identify discrepancies or performance concerns.
● Coordinate with internal teams for campaign launches, updates and issue resolution.
● Maintain campaign QA checklists and operational documentation.
● Assist in reporting, data validation and performance analysis.
● Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and operational guidelines.


Required Skills:
● Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
● Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
● Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
● Basic understanding of digital advertising or the programmatic ecosystem is a plus.
● Comfortable working with data and debugging operational issues.


Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
● Masters’s degree in Management.
● 0–2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Digital Marketing or related domains.
● Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, pixels, trackers and campaign trafficking is an added advantage.
