SKILLS REQUIRED:

should be Expert in C++, (Protocol development and Network background is a must)Development in Unix environment, Debugging skills, Should be able to accomplish coding assignments in interview

Good to have: Unix internals, Network Programming, Exposure to virtualization

Experience: 3 to 7 years at least 3y in C++ is mandatory
