Job description

Position: Software Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Identify and fix bugs, perform code reviews, and optimize application performance.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Monday.com
Coding experience
Experience with software development frameworks and tools.
Good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
