Role Overview

We are seeking a detail oriented and reliable Trade Compliance Analyst to support customs compliance, shipment tracking, documentation review, reporting, and recordkeeping within the apparel industry.

The selected candidate will support U.S. customs compliance and Foreign Trade Zone operations by ensuring accurate shipment updates, timely customs entry processing, proper documentation, and accurate data management across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track estimated time of arrival for assigned international shipments.
• Maintain and update internal spreadsheets with customs entry status and shipment movements.
  
• Review arrival notices for accuracy and compare details with the ABI system.
• Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and related shipment documents.
  
• Verify shipment details in the ABI tool and confirm received dates 
• against actual shipment updates.
• Cross check shipment documentation against ABI data to ensure accurate and timely entry processing.
• Key ISF entry data when required.
  
• Manage tasks ahead of deadlines while maintaining accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast paced and supportive remote working environment.
  
• Support additional tasks assigned for learning, growth, and professional development.

Candidate Profile

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Blue Cherry, ACS, and shipment tracking websites will be an advantage.
  
• Prior experience with customs documents such as commercial invoices, arrival notices, and BOLs will be preferred.
• Previous experience in shipment tracking will be an added advantage.
  
• Reliable and dependable with the ability to work remotely.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Ability to work according to USA working hours with flexibility.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with remote teams.
  
• Willingness to learn customs compliance processes and related systems.
