As a Guest Experience Specialist, youโ€™ll be our guests' first point of contact, ensuring an outstanding experience from check-in to check-out. Youโ€™ll provide professional, timely, and friendly support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless stay.

โœ… Handle guest inquiries and support requests professionally and efficiently.

Example: Assist guests with check-in instructions, WiFi issues, or early check-out requests.

โœ… Resolve booking-related issues promptly.

Example: Help guests with changes to their reservations, cancellations, or payment concerns.

โœ… Troubleshoot problems and escalate when necessary.

Example: Coordinate with local teams to address maintenance issues or emergencies.

โœ… Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service.

Example: Provide tailored recommendations to enhance the guest experience in their destination.

โœ… Stay up to date with GuestReadyโ€™s systems and processes.

Example: Use our internal booking platform to track and manage guest inquiries efficiently.
