Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented AI-Powered Python Automation & Document Processing Engineer to help streamline data-intensive workflows through automation and intelligent document processing.
• This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with Python, AI-assisted development tools, and transforming unstructured information into structured, actionable data.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate repetitive processes, improve data quality, and build scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain Python-based automation solutions for data and document-centric workflows.
• Extract, transform, and structure information from unstructured sources such as PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, and text files.
• Convert data into machine-readable formats including JSON, CSV, XML, and similar structured formats.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate scripting, data processing, and workflow automation.
• Build and improve automated pipelines for document ingestion, data validation, and information extraction.
• Support ongoing enhancements to workflow management and operational systems.
• Troubleshoot automation processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of processed data

• Strong Python scripting and automation experience.
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data formats such as JSON, CSV, XML, or YAML.
• Familiarity with data parsing, transformation, cleansing, and validation techniques.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work with documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, and other unstructured information sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.

• Experience with OCR, document intelligence, or text extraction technologies.
• Knowledge of data engineering, or workflow automation concepts.
• Familiarity with APIs, scripting integrations, and automation platforms.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field.
