What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll provide hands-on technical support to healthcare facilities. This includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of specialized equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, calibration, and repair on laboratory instruments, medical diagnostic equipment, and kiosk systems
  • Conducting performance verification and equipment testing to ensure compliance and reliability
  • Documenting service activities and managing work orders using EMSAR’s ServiceMax system
  • Communicating with dispatch teams and customers to coordinate service calls
  • Representing EMSAR professionally while working at customer facilities

 

Expect 25% of the role to include documentation and service reporting, with the majority focused on hands-on technical work in the field.

This position could require regional day trips and occasional overnight stays. All travel is company paid.
