Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Power BI for Data Engineering roles
• 3-5+ years in CX analytics or related fields for Data Analyst roles
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce for reporting and dashboards
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and modeling
• Ability to create and manage dashboards in Power BI or similar tools
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills
• Experience in regulated environments or data governance
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Medallia, Tableau, or MicroStrategy
• Familiarity with statistical analysis or customer sentiment modeling
• Background in UX research or marketing analytics
• Scaled agile experience
