Job description

Think start-up energy, backed by enterprise scale.

We are building a modern platform within a global organization—combining the agility, ownership, and engineering freedom of a start-up with the stability and funding of an industry leader. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, international environment where your contributions directly shape real products used at scale.

Who we are looking for

The Client 360 Product Owner is accountable for the end-to-end vision, delivery, and adoption of Client 360, an enterprise, golden-source client data platform that enables commercial, operational, and analytical workflows across the firm. This role serves as the single point of accountability for translating business outcomes into a scalable data product—balancing stakeholder needs, data governance, platform capabilities, and delivery execution.

Client 360 consolidates client, revenue, pipeline, service, and sentiment data into a unified experience that improves decision-making, client engagement, and operational efficiency. The Product Owner drives prioritization, ensures alignment to business value, and orchestrates cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

Delivery & Execution

  • Own the product backlog, epics, and user stories with clear, outcome-oriented acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Engineering, BA/DA, QA, and UX teams to deliver incrementally and predictably.
  • Oversee UAT, release readiness, and production rollout in partnership with business and technology teams.

Data Quality, Governance & Controls

  • Ensure data domains have clear ownership, definitions, lineage, and quality controls.
  • Drive remediation of data issues upstream in partnership with source-system owners.
  • Define and monitor data quality KPIs, usage metrics, and adoption indicators.

Platform & Analytics Enablement

  • Guide integration with downstream platforms, analytics tools, and AI/GenAI use cases.
  • Enable role-based access, scalable consumption models, and self-service patterns.
  • Support advanced analytics, forecasting, and client insights through a well-modeled data foundation.

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

  • Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and client data domains (revenue, pipeline, service, sentiment).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams.
  • Experience operating in complex, regulated environments with strong governance requirements.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and lakehouse architectures.
  • Experience with role-based access models, data privacy, and entitlements.
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled client insights or automation use cases.

Education&Other

  • B.S. degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics or other technical course of study required. MS degree strongly preferred.
  • Min. 10 years of relatable experience.
