We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent/Business Development Representative to support our client's growing real estate business. This role focuses on seller lead generation, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, relationship-building, and appointment-setting. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong CRM discipline, excellent follow-up skills, and a consultative approach to working with homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify seller leads through outbound prospecting
  • Conduct outreach to expired listings, FSBOs, and database contacts
  • Perform circle prospecting and database reactivation campaigns
  • Handle objections and nurture leads through consistent follow-up
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
  • Build long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and referral partners
  • Contribute to process improvements and follow established workflows

Requirements

  • Preferred experience includes expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, database reactivation, investor leads, cash offer leads, and long-term nurture campaigns
  • 2+ years of real estate Inside Sales Agent experience OR 2+ years of seller-focused outbound prospecting experience
  • Experience with seller lead generation, lead qualification, and appointment setting
  • Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills
  • Experience using CRM and prospecting tools
  • Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional speaking style
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with homeowners
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and relationship-driven

Benefits

  • USD base salary + Performance Bonuses ($5 Booked Appointment) + $65 Kept Appointment.
