Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available within our Palletised Express business for an Operations Success Partner.

Reporting to the General Manager – Palletised Express Regional, this role is ideal for an operational leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, using data to drive decisions and influencing positive change across a large network.

As an Operations Success Partner, you'll work closely with regional and operational leaders to identify opportunities, remove network bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, productivity and DIFOT performance across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analysing network performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Driving operational excellence through data-led insights and root cause analysis

  • Partnering with frontline leaders to deliver sustainable performance outcomes

  • Supporting service, scanning compliance and operational performance initiatives

  • Influencing positive change across multiple sites and stakeholders

  • Helping shape the future of our Palletised Express network

What we're looking for:

  • Strong operational experience within Transport, Freight or Logistics

  • A passion for continuous improvement and problem solving
