Here's how you'll make a difference here:

  • Three-Statement Modeling: You own the core financial models. You are responsible for maintaining and evolving our integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement to ensure full transparency on our financial health.

  • Rigorous Cost Controlling: You own the OPEX. You monitor departmental spending, identify cost drivers, and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently across the organization.

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Act as the finance sparring partner for departmental leads (Sales, Marketing, Product). You help them manage budgets, track ROI, and understand the financial impact of their operational decisions.

  • SaaS Metrics Mastery: Monitor and analyze SaaS-specific KPIs such as ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), CAC Payback, and Magic Number.

  • Planning & Forecasting: Lead the coordination of rolling forecasts and support the annual budgeting process across all teams.

  • Management Reporting: Prepare monthly reporting packages and contribute to high-quality Board decks and investor updates.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Experience: +3 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Controlling, preferably coming from fast-paced SaaS or large professional services environments (e.g., Big Four).

  • You have a proven track record of managing complex financial statements and rigorous budget tracking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow integration. You understand the accounting logic behind every entry and its impact on the three statements.

  • Controlling Mindset: You have a sharp eye for detail. You enjoy digging into the general ledger to understand variances and aren't afraid to challenge stakeholders on their spending.

  • SaaS Fluency: Strong understanding of revenue recognition, subscription mechanics, and the key drivers of a recurring revenue business model.

  • Analytical Mindset: Power User in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with ERP-to-FP&A integrations or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly valued.

  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
