REQUISITOS:
Técnico em Química com CRQ ativo;
CNH válida;
Disponibilidade para viagens;
Experiência como Colorista (diferencial);
Conhecimento em linha automatizada (programação) (diferencial).
RESPONSABILIDADES:
Acompanhar a preparação de tintas, analisando homogeneização, controlando e ajustando a qualidade;
Monitorar o processo produtivo nas montadoras, controlando tonalidades, realizando ajustes e aditivação conforme necessário;
Coordenar as atividades do turno, distribuindo trabalhos e fornecendo suporte à equipe para atender às demandas do cliente;
Realizar atividades em sistema (Axalta), acompanhando especificações e analisando padrões de tinta;
Prestar suporte aos operadores de produção, orientando sobre o uso correto dos materiais;
Manter-se atualizado sobre procedimentos operacionais e de segurança, garantindo cumprimento dos padrões;
Solicitar análise de produtos com desvios, acompanhar resultados e orientar ações corretivas junto aos clientes.
