Program Management Support Specialist (Contract)
W2 Contract: (6 to 12 months) 
Pay Rate:$56.57/hour
Location: Remote, USA


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Management Support Specialist to support the development, management, and execution of community engagement initiatives that drive meaningful social impact. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities, relationship-building expertise, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for creating positive change within communities.

Key Qualifications

Community Impact Experience

  • 5+ years of successful experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Community impact programs
    • Client services
    • Nonprofit capacity building
    • Fundraising
    • Volunteer management
    • Program development
    • Project management
    • Partnership and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated understanding of community impact strategies and their role in creating measurable positive outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards of excellence and accountability.

Project Management

  • Proven ability to manage projects from concept through execution.
  • Experience coordinating initiatives involving diverse stakeholders, including corporate leaders, nonprofit organizations, community partners, volunteers, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to both strategic planning and operational details.

Relationship Management

  • Skilled relationship builder with a consultative approach to partnership development.
  • Ability to identify mutually beneficial opportunities that maximize value and community impact.
  • Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders across multiple levels and organizations.

Innovation & Strategic Thinking

  • Curious, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges.
  • Ability to identify emerging opportunities and develop innovative programs that inspire positive change across individuals, organizations, and communities.
  • Comfortable engaging diverse audiences and translating ideas into actionable initiatives.

Data & Insights

  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and program measurement.
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
