Work closely with designers and technical writers to document design and development guidelines, component usage, and best practices for internal stakeholders.
Ensure that all components are built to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and are optimized for performance across multiple devices and platforms.
Act as a bridge between design and engineering feature teams, advocating for the best user experience while balancing technical feasibility.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, design system best practices, and tools that could enhance the efficiency or functionality of the design system.
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and user testing to ensure quality and alignment with the design system standards.
