We have an opening for a:
Pharmacist - Case Management
(Remote in Montana)


This Pharmacist - Case Management position is responsible for the daily activities necessary to administer the Clinical Pharmacy Case Management with the Montana Healthcare Pharmacy Program.


The Pharmacist-Case Management position is full-time 40 hours a week position.  The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, is a self-starter, and the ability to communicate effectively with pharmacists and physicians regarding appropriate and rational pharmacotherapy. A bachelor’s degree from an ACPE accredited pharmacy school or Pharm D, as well as a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience preferred. Targeted Compensation of $58.00 - $63.50 an hour.
