Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Senior Epic Ambulatory Analyst to support strategic Epic initiatives across our healthcare client portfolio. This individual will play a key role in Epic Ambulatory optimization, Community Connect deployments, healthcare interoperability, and third-party application integrations.

This opportunity is open to both consultants and direct-hire candidates. Initial client engagement requires availability during Pacific Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, configure, and support Epic Ambulatory workflows and enhancements

  • Support and optimize Epic Community Connect environments across affiliated organizations

  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to improve ambulatory workflows

  • Support integrations between Epic and third-party applications, digital health platforms, and external providers

  • Troubleshoot Epic application issues, workflow challenges, and interoperability concerns

  • Participate in requirements gathering, build, testing, implementation, upgrades, and go-live support

  • Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, security requirements, and interoperability best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Epic Ambulatory Certification

  • Epic Community Connect experience

  • 5+ years of Epic Ambulatory build and support experience

  • Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and operational processes

  • Experience supporting healthcare integrations and interoperability initiatives

  • Experience working with cross-functional clinical, operational, and technical teams

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Epic Order Transmittal (OTX) build and support experience

  • Experience with Epic interoperability tools, APIs, FHIR, HL7, and web services

  • Experience integrating Epic with external applications, specialty platforms, or digital health solutions

  • Experience supporting multi-entity healthcare organizations and Community Connect affiliates

  • Experience with Referrals, Orders, Care Everywhere, or cross-module ambulatory workflows

  • Exposure to SMART on FHIR applications, cloud-based healthcare platforms, and vendor integrations

  • Experience supporting large health systems or complex ambulatory environments



Benefits

Salary based on experience 
$110,000 - $150,000 +
