Job description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Core HR and Compensation processes.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Compensation modules.
Design and implement compensation plans, salary structures, merit increases, bonus plans, and stock-based compensation programs.
Configure workforce structures including legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, grades, and positions.
Manage compensation cycles, budgeting, eligibility criteria, and approval workflows.
Configure and maintain compensation plans, compensation components, and compensation worksheets.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define compensation strategies and annual compensation review processes.
Support data migration, validation, testing, and deployment activities.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and test scripts.
Conduct SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
Work with technical teams on HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher reports, and integrations.
Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
