Red Nucleus is hiring a Client Engagement Manager to join our global Medical Communications team! This is a home-based position within the UK, or if within a commutable distance to London, the role would be hybrid based out of our London office.

Job Overview
The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and leading the successful execution of medical communications programs across assigned accounts and projects. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned, delivered on time and within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
The Client Engagement Manager articulates the client’s vision for each project, translates objectives into clear direction for internal teams, and ensures deliverables align to agreed strategies, metrics, and regulatory requirements. This individual thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, demonstrates strong judgment and attention to detail, and is viewed by clients and colleagues as a dependable, solutions-oriented partner.
