Job description

IBMC is assisting a client in hiring a strategic growth partner. Our client engaged in a premium ceremonial cacao brand dedicated to sourcing high-quality cacao for individuals, communities, and businesses who integrate it into meaningful rituals. We are building a global ecosystem of facilitators, spaceholders, wellness professionals, and conscious creators who authentically use, recommend, and share our cacao in ceremonies, retreats, and digital content.

We are seeking a highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and proactive Facilitator & Creator Partnerships Manager to scale our global network. Operating in a fully remote capacity, this is a deeply relationship-driven role that beautifully blends sourcing, community building, relationship management, and light sales. Your goal is not to execute spammy, generic outreach, but to initiate thoughtful, authentic conversations that turn wellness leaders into active brand ambassadors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify and map out high-potential partners globally (focusing on Europe, UK, Bali, and regional wellness hubs) across Instagram, LinkedIn, event listings, and retreat platforms.
  • Authentic Outreach: Initiate warm, human, and highly personalized conversations via Instagram DM, Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp that perfectly mirror the soulful values of the IKAT brand.
  • Partner Qualification: Gauge alignment by evaluating a lead's community size, ceremony frequency, and genuine interest in using, reselling, or promoting ceremonial cacao.
  • Activation & Closing: Lead the end-to-end partner pipelineβ€”from scheduling discovery calls and coordinating samples to onboarding facilitators into our referral, affiliate, or bulk-order programs.
  • Pipeline Governance: Maintain a highly organized, transparent, and meticulous CRM or lead tracker capturing outreach statuses, samples sent, deals closed, and content posted.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with a small, fast-moving international team to refine outreach angles, script templates, and improve overall partnership conversion metrics.

Requirements

  • Industry Familiarity: Deep understanding of or passion for the conscious, wellness, spiritual, yoga, or facilitator space.
  • Experience: Prior experience in Partnership Management, Influencer Marketing, Appointment Setting, B2B Sales, or Community Building.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional, heartfelt written and verbal English skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Tech Literacy: Highly comfortable working with Instagram research, email sequences, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM pipeline tools.
  • Autonomy: A reliable, self-motivated individual who thrives in a 100% remote setup and takes complete ownership of their pipeline.
  • Time Zone Alignment: Flexible to operate efficiently across time zones spanning Europe, the UK, Bali, or Southeast Asia.
