This role is ideal for a qualified lawyer with a strong corporate background who enjoys producing legal content, developing practical resources, and enabling other lawyers through training and knowledge sharing. It is a non-client-facing, fully internal position that blends legal expertise with content strategy and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, update, and maintain precedent documents, templates, and know-how tools for M&A and PE transactions.
  • Create and distribute legal and market updates, internal bulletins, and summaries on key developments.
  • Collaborate with knowledge lawyers and practice leaders to identify content gaps and priorities.
  • Respond to ad hoc internal legal research or content inquiries from lawyers across offices.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining training materials and presentations for lawyers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor legal, regulatory, and market trends impacting the M&A/PE space and translate them into usable internal content.
  • Ensure knowledge assets are easily accessible, well-structured, and aligned with firm-wide standards.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, or general Corporate law.
  • Excellent legal drafting and writing skills, with strong attention to detail and clarity.
  • Demonstrated interest in knowledge management, legal writing, or internal enablement roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across virtual teams.
  • Prior experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or in-house legal team with international exposure is preferred.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Familiarity with legal knowledge platforms and document automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to distill complex legal information into clear, actionable guidance.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
