Management Level: 10 – Senior Analyst Location: Hyderabad Must have skills: Financial Analysis, Business Partnering, Revenue Accounting, Data Interpretation, Strategic thinking, Process Improvement, CXO-level engagement Good to have Skills: MIS Reporting & Dashboard, Advanced excel, ERP System (SAP etc), variance analysis, Audit and compliance support, Process improvement mindset Experience: 4+ years of experience is required Educational Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / equivalent finance qualification Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to manage Financial Planning & Analysis, revenue recognition, and MIS reporting activities. The role will support leadership with financial insights, forecasting, compliance, and business performance reporting to enable strategic decision making. Key Responsibilities: Prepare budgets, pricing plans, forecasts Analyze monthly performance Monitor key KPI's and financial performance Partner with business teams to evaluate profitability, cost optimization and revenue trend Support management presentation and board reporting Manage revenue recognition in accordance with IND AS Maintain deferred revenue schedule and reconciliation Coordinate with sales, operations team to ensure timely revenue booking Ensure data integrity across ERP and reporting systems Required Experience, Skills & Qualification: Strong understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards Advanced excel and financial modeling skills Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Prior experience in the EdTech industry is required.
