SiteCare is a US-based WordPress managed services company. We handle website management, maintenance, and digital services for clients around the world. Our team is fully remote and distributed across multiple time zones.

About the Role

We're hiring a Talent & People Administrator to own our hiring process from end to end. You'll work directly with hiring managers to define what we need, find the right people, and bring them in well. Beyond recruiting, you'll support onboarding and people operations as the team grows. This role has real room to expand for the right person.

This is a full-time remote position. You must be available during US business hours.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective candidate pipelines
  • Source and screen candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Manage the full candidate experience from first contact through offer
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and keep hiring processes moving
  • Maintain our ATS and keep candidate records accurate and current
  • Support onboarding for new hires
  • Handle people operations and administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, ideally in a remote or distributed environment
  • Strong communicator, clear in writing, responsive, and organized
  • Comfortable owning a process independently without close supervision
  • Experience with managed services, digital agencies, or tech-adjacent companies is a plus
  • Reliable availability during US business hours
