Job Title: Bookkeeping Specialist

Contract Details: Part-time

As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of our clients and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide customized bookkeeping solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients using accounting software

- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll

- Reconcile bank and credit card statements

- Generate financial reports and provide analysis to clients

- Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide recommendations for improvement

- Assist with tax preparation and filing

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting
