Job description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to join our client's team. The role involves coordinating with design, development, and testing teams to ensure timely product delivery, while optimizing user experience and driving product innovation. This is a remote position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Translate business needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and user stories.
  • Leverage front-end development experience to assess technical feasibility during product design and requirement discussions.
  • Optimize implementation solutions and anticipate potential risks.
  • Work closely with the design team to provide feasible improvement suggestions from a user experience perspective, ensuring an excellent user interaction experience.
  • Coordinate with development, testing, design, and other teams to ensure high-quality and timely product delivery, managing version iterations and continuous optimization after launch.
  • Identify market trends and product improvement opportunities through data analysis and user feedback, driving continuous product innovation and iteration.

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate and collaborate seamlessly in a multinational team.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Min. 3 years of product management experience, with hands-on experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Familiar with common front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and able to provide technical guidance in design and development.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, able to coordinate various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and UI design, with the ability to propose constructive optimization suggestions.
