Job description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our client's team, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding the existing customer base across Malaysia. This position is a hybrid position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ๏ปฟRun a full sales cycle, including closing new business and expanding the install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
  • Source and engage new prospects through both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.
  • Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Deliver online product demonstrations and occasionally conduct in-person presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal champions and multiple stakeholders to drive sales and secure buy-in at all levels, including directly with C-level executives.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to adapt and evolve sales strategies as new features and products are introduced.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Min. 2 years of experience of direct sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Expertise in selling over the phone, cold calling, and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Extensive experience selling to customers in Malaysia, with a diverse client portfolio.
  • Consistently ranked in the top 5-10% in past sales positions, with a history of exceeding quotas.
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and the tech industry.
  • A strong network of contacts within the Malaysian business landscape.
