Job description

AO Globe Life serves the heart of the workforce. We partner with major labour unions, credit organisations, and associations across Canada to provide permanent benefits to members and their families. The Role

We are seeking Entry-Level Benefits Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will act as a vital link, guiding clients through the permanent benefits they have earned. If you have a background in customer service, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and value teamwork, we want to hear from you.

Your Impact

  • Consultative Outreach: Communicate effectively with clients via phone and Zoom to explain their coverage.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust and foster long-term connections with the families we serve.
  • Professional Presentations: Deliver benefits programmes in an engaging, clear, and professional manner.
  • Guided Support: Lead clients through their entitlements step-by-step, ensuring total clarity.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain precise records and complete documentation with high accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive group to meet and exceed our collective standards.

What You Bring

  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills and a professional, empathetic manner.
  • Independence: Ability to manage your own workflow while staying aligned with team goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools like Zoom and managing online documentation.
  • Licensing: A valid Life & Health Insurance License is preferred (but we provide training for the right candidates).
