Job description

About the Role

In this role, youll recruit new advisors, support existing ones, and help them succeed using our top-notch tools and sales process. Youll also coordinate with our marketing team and have full marketing support to help drive recruiting efforts.

This position can be remote, and were looking for someone who can communicate fluently in both English and Korean. Youll receive hands-on training and a steady flow of recruiting opportunities to build your production.

What Youll Do

  • Recruit and support agents/advisors
  • Help agents with product comparisons, quotes, and illustrations
  • Introduce our marketing programs to agents/advisors
  • Work with our service team to assist agents with licensing, new business, and support
  • Share product ideas and insights with agents/advisors
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to leverage full marketing support for recruitment
  • Produce as an agent so you relate.

What Were Looking For

  • 1-3 years of sales or related experience (1-2 years of agent experience preferred)
  • Good understanding of life insurance products, including Whole Life, Indexed Universal Life, and Indexed Annuities
  • Life insurance license (or willingness to get one)
  • Fluency in both Korean and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
