Job Title: Temporary Asset Survey Assistant
Department: Finance / Accounting
Location: Remote (2 weeks in-person training) & Various Warehouse Locations (Domestic Travel Required)
Duration: 3 Months

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Asset Survey Assistant to support our companys asset verification and tagging project. This role involves coordinating with warehouse teams, verifying physical inventory, applying RFID tags, and updating asset records. The ideal candidate will be organized, comfortable with data entry, and willing to travel to warehouse sites when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Export and organize asset data by location using Excel or internal systems
  • Contact warehouse personnel to coordinate asset survey activities
  • Track responses and maintain a master survey progress tracker

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (8am ~ 5pm)
  • 3-month temporary assignment
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience
  • Travel expenses reimbursed.
