Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a practicing family law attorney in California
- Active California Bar membership
- JD from an accredited law school
- Foundational knowledge: dissolution, support calculations, custody frameworks
- Experience drafting MSAs, declarations, and motions
- Three writing samples required: one motion/MPA, one declaration (assets/debts), one document involving spousal support, child support, or custody
Preferred
- Court experience and comfort in hearings
- Steady tenure at prior firms
