Overview
Dentons US LLP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Associate to join its nationally recognized Real Estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to step into sophisticated, high-impact transactional work for premier clients while benefiting from robust firm resources, strong mentorship, and meaningful cross-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases (including ground and triple-net leases), build-to-suit leases, development agreements, joint venture documents, and related real estate contracts
- Lead due diligence efforts, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and land use matters
- Coordinate and close acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development transactions
- Manage transaction workstreams and timelines while ensuring high-quality client deliverables
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate closely with partners and cross-office teams

Position Requirements
- Experience & Technical Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience
- Demonstrated leadership in acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suit leasing (industrial and data center assets), and complex commercial and ground leases
- Experience overseeing due diligence, zoning and entitlement issues, and complex closings
- Experience at a major law firm with a national practice required
- Experience mentoring junior attorneys preferred

Bar Admission
Must be licensed and in good standing in the jurisdiction where the candidate will practice

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $345,000 – $440,000 (location and experience dependent)
- Title commensurate with experience
