Position: Software / AI / IT / data (Meridian)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$200/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design LLM prompts and evaluate model outputs to enhance AI model performance.
• Lead IT transformation projects, leveraging experience in software, AI, and data.
• Develop and implement rubric-style tasks to improve training data quality.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to refine model reasoning and outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Experience in software, data, and ML leadership roles.
• Proven ability to design and evaluate LLM prompts.
