  • Provide regular updates, reminders, and follow-ups to executives regarding schedules, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with different departments to support executive needs and ensure smooth workflow across the organization.
  • Maintain a professional, composed, and proactive approach when handling multiple tasks and high-volume communications.
  • Possess a pleasant, approachable personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A background in Tourism or a related field is preferred, as it supports strong customer service, organization, and coordination abilities.
