Job Title:  Executive Assistant Remote

CANDIDATES MUST BE FILIPINO CITIZENS LIVING IN THE PHILIPPINES

Salary: USD 980-1500 per month

Work Hours: Monday to Friday Pacific Time

We are seeking an Executive Assistant who excels in communication, precision, and multitasking. In this role, you will be the backbone of our executive team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draft and Proofread Communication:

    • Draft professional emails in high-quality English.
    • Proofread complex documents with precision to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Financial Workflow Management:

    • Develop and maintain a secure workflow for financial tasks, including data entry and customer service interactions.
    • Manage financial documents with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Social Media Management:

    • Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers.
  • Calendar Management:

    • Manage complex calendars for senior executives, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
    • Ensure all appointments are well-organized and executives are prepared.
  • Travel Coordination:

    • Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
    • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Document Preparation and Editing:

    • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
    • Ensure all materials are professionally formatted and error-free.
  • Research and Information Gathering:

    • Conduct research and gather relevant information to support decision-making processes.
    • Compile and present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Liaison Duties:

    • Serve as a liaison between senior executives and employees, facilitating effective communication and follow-up.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong proofreading and document editing abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing financial workflows and data entry.
  • Experience with social media management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate multiple schedules.
  • Experience in arranging travel logistics.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to compile information effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
