Global Pacific Support is looking for motivated Cold Callers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, generating interest, and setting appointments for our sales or service team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, thrives under pressure, and demonstrates strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cold Caller or in a similar sales or lead generation role
  • Strong background or familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly with potential clients
  • Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
  • Working laptop or desktop computer with webcam and noise-cancelling headset
  • Quiet and distraction-free work environment
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication tools
  • Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily or weekly call targets
