Global Pacific Support is seeking an experienced B2B Closer to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with qualified business prospects, conduct discovery and sales conversations, address client needs, and confidently close deals for our services. You will work closely with the appointment-setting and sales teams to convert opportunities into long-term clients.

The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator with excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and demonstrates strong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken, is required, as you will be working with a diverse international client base.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a B2B Closer, Account Executive, Appointment Setter, or in a comparable client-facing sales role
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities
  • Confident in handling objections, leading sales conversations, and closing deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
  • Fully functional laptop or desktop computer equipped with a webcam and a noise-cancelling headset
  • Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home office setup
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication tools
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
