Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Outreach Specialist to join our team at Genius Marketing Agency. Your main responsibility will be to help us expand our brand presence by engaging with local business owners across Facebook groups, social communities, and online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, actively starting conversations, responding to posts, and identifying business owners who need marketing services such as Google Business optimization, social media management, websites, and lead generation.

This role involves daily posting in multiple Facebook groups, monitoring community posts, replying to people who ask for marketing help, and sending outreach messages using scripts that we provide. You will help book qualified appointments into our calendar and communicate directly with prospects in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner.

You must be organized, consistent, and comfortable communicating with business owners. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys online engagement and wants to work with a fast-growing digital marketing agency.
