  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining natural communication
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
