Job description

Deine Rolle:

  • Backend Execution: Du entwickelst und optimierst performante, skalierbare Backend-Services mit einem modernen Tech-Stack.

  • API Design: Du gestaltest und implementierst robuste APIs und Integrationen, die unsere Systeme nahtlos verbinden und externe Dienste einbinden.

  • Cloud Native: Du konzipierst und baust cloudbasierte Lösungen direkt auf AWS.

  • Quality First: Durch sauberen, testbaren Code und regelmäßige Code-Reviews stellst du sicher, dass unsere Software höchsten Standards entspricht.

  • Architecture & Evolution: Du bist aktiv an der Planung unserer Softwarearchitektur beteiligt und bringst deine Erfahrung ein, um zukunftssichere Lösungen zu bauen.

  • Mentoring: Du teilst dein Wissen und unterstützt Junior- sowie Midlevel-Entwickler dabei, das nächste Level zu erreichen.

  • Product Impact: Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kernprodukte und Schnittstellen aktiv mit – dein Code hat direkten Einfluss auf unseren Erfolg.

  • Modern Workflow: Du nutzt aktiv Agentic Engineering Methoden, um schnell zuverlässige Ergebnisse zu liefern.

  • Regular Onsite: Auch als Remote-Worker lebst du unsere Kultur und bist zweimal pro Quartal (je 3 Tage) im Office in Offenburg.

Dein Profil

  • Track Record: Du hast mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung gesammelt.

  • Tech Stack: Du sprichst fließend Go und kommst auch in einer großen Legacy App sehr gut zurecht.

  • Cloud & IaC: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit AWS (z. B. Lambda, S3) und weißt, wie man Infrastruktur über Code verwaltet.

  • Connectivity: Du hast fundierte Erfahrung mit APIs (REST, GraphQL) und asynchronen Architekturen.

  • Engineering Excellence: Clean Code und Clean Architecture sind für dich keine Buzzwords, sondern gelebte Praxis.

  • Quality Mindset: Du hast einen extrem hohen Anspruch an die Qualität deiner Arbeit.

  • Agentic: Claude Code, Cursor o.ä. Tools sind deine erste Wahl, und du hast verinnerlicht, die Nutzung der Agents stetig zu verbessern.

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und sicher auf Englisch.

  • Legal Check: Du hast deinen Wohnsitz in Deutschland und eine entsprechende Arbeitserlaubnis.
