What You'll Do:

As the Project Management Team Lead, you will oversee the execution of projects and lead a team of project managers to ensure the highest quality of service for our clients. Your role will involve direct communication with clients, managing project deliverables, and driving your team to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing Projects:

  • Add projects to Transparent software, estimate word counts, and assign necessary resources.
  • Input Purchase Orders (POs) into Transparent.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance using CAT tools.
  • Estimate project deadlines.
  • Mark projects as delivered and POs as ready to invoice.

Handling Communication with Customers:

  • Manage various client communications regarding new projects, opportunities, feedback, queries, POs, and invoices.
  • Relay client feedback to relevant parties and linguists.
  • Ensure feedback implementation is followed up on.

Monitor and Manage Team Performance:

  • Resolve internal conflicts/issues and provide coaching to project managers.
  • Manage team utilization by monitoring workloads and redistributing tasks as needed.
  • Oversee team activities, ensuring adherence to project steps and quality standards.
  • Conduct appraisals for subordinates.
  • Mentor project managers in managing difficult client communications.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Excellent to Fluent English communication skills.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
