POSITION TITLE:      Senior Director of Technology & Customer Integration

 

REPORTS TO:          SVP Sales Operations

STATUS:                           Full Time/Exempt

 

JOB SUMMARY:

SupplyLogic is seeking a highly consultative and client-facing Senior Director of Technology Solutions & Business Automation to lead the onboarding, implementation, and technical solution design for new and existing client programs. This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales, Clients, Legal, and Shared Services teams to ensure the successful deployment of technology-enabled solutions across eCommerce storefronts, business automation, print, branded merchandise, fulfillment, warehousing, and supply chain operations.

This individual will lead technical discovery sessions, gather and document business requirements, scope solution architecture, support pricing strategy, manage implementation governance, coordinate operational readiness, and oversee end-to-end onboarding execution across Finance, IT, Legal, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Success teams.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical consulting expertise with strong operational business acumen and exceptional communication skills. This is a highly visible, customer-facing leadership role that requires executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex onboarding initiatives from discovery through implementation and testing.

The Senior Director, Technology Solutions & Customer Integration, will report directly to the SVP of Sales Operations.

 

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 Client Discovery & Solution Consulting

  • Lead technical discovery and client requirement sessions for new business opportunities and onboarding initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Shared Services teams to understand customer objectives, operational workflows, and technology requirements.
  • Scope and define solutions for:
    • Vero / storefront implementations
    • Business automation initiatives
    • Workflow automation
    • Print and fulfillment workflows
    • Inventory and warehousing integrations
    • Procurement and sourcing processes
  • Translate client business needs into scalable operational and technical solutions.
  • Develop implementation approaches, solution documentation, workflow maps, and project requirements.

Pre-Sales, Pricing & Statement of Work (SOW) Support

  • Serve as the technical solutions expert during client presentations, demonstrations, and strategy discussions.
  • Lead Vero storefront demonstrations and technical solution presentations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to develop tailored client solutions and implementation strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate scoping of projects for pricing, operational feasibility, timelines, resource requirements, and margin expectations.
  • Partner with Legal and internal stakeholders to support the development and review of Statements of Work (SOWs), onboarding documentation, and implementation deliverables.
  • Ensure all requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and implementation responsibilities are clearly documented prior to project launch.
  • Identify scope changes and additional client requirements throughout implementation to ensure proper commercial alignment, change management, and pricing governance.

Onboarding & Implementation Leadership

  • Lead onboarding coordination for new clients and major program expansions.
  • Host client onboarding calls and internal implementation meetings to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination during onboarding and implementation phases.
  • Establish clear implementation governance, accountability, and communication cadences across internal and client stakeholder teams.
  • Ensure operational readiness across all internal departments including:
    • Finance
    • IT
    • Legal
    • Sourcing
    • Supply Chain
    • Warehousing & Logistics
    • Customer Success
    • Production Operations
  • Drive implementation timelines, communication plans, milestones, and accountability.
  • Partner closely with Project Management teams to ensure implementation milestones, timelines, and client deliverables are successfully executed.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, process gaps, and operational impacts early in the onboarding cycle.

End-to-End Testing & Operational Readiness

  • Coordinate and oversee end-to-end testing for storefronts, workflows, automation tools, order processing, inventory management, reporting, and fulfillment processes.
  • Work closely with internal operational teams and clients to validate workflows, integrations, approvals, shipping logic, pricing structures, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and operational sign-off prior to go-live.
  • Support issue resolution, troubleshooting, and implementation adjustments during onboarding and launch phases.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, Sales, Legal, IT, Operations, and Shared Services teams throughout implementation.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve onboarding processes, implementation standards, governance, and automation capabilities.
  • Help standardize workflows, documentation, onboarding methodologies, and implementation best practices.

Technology & Business Automation

  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Support integrations between eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, inventory systems, fulfillment operations, and reporting tools.
  • Partner with IT and Operations teams to support automation initiatives and process improvements.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of marketing technology, procurement platforms, workflow automation, and fulfillment operations.
  • Develop automation roadmap
  • Identify automation opportunities across onboarding and fulfillment
  • Lead workflow optimization initiatives
  • Measure automation ROI
  • Partner with IT on AI and automation strategy

 


 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Required Experience

  • 10+years of experience in technical solutions consulting, implementation management, business automation, technology onboarding, or enterprise solution design roles.
  • Proven success in highly client-facing solution consulting and pre-sales environments.
  • Extensive experience leading technical discovery, workflow analysis, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Strong experience with eCommerce/storefront platforms such as Four51, Vero, Marketing Bench, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting complex operational implementations involving print, fulfillment, logistics, sourcing, procurement, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience coordinating end-to-end onboarding, implementation, and testing initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Experience partnering with Legal teams on Statements of Work (SOWs), implementation documentation, and contractual onboarding requirements.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise onboarding and implementation initiatives across cross-functional operational and technology teams.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, IT, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within marketing services, print management, branded merchandise, fulfillment, procurement, or managed services industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, procurement, and workflow management platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level client onboarding and digital transformation initiatives.
  • PMP or related project management certification is a plus.

POSITION TYPE/ HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full time, exempt position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:30
