Project Manager, Oracle Fusion R12
Remote + potential travel to client sites
12+ month contract

Summary:
The Oracle Fusion R12 Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Oracle Fusion R12 implementation projects on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of Oracle Fusion R12 implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, manage changes, and address issues proactively.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and internal quality standards.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions related to Oracle Fusion R12 modules.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers when applicable.
  • Drive process improvements and optimize system usage post-implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion R12 or Oracle E-Business Suite projects.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion cloud apps, especially Financials, Supply Chain, or HCM modules.
  • Excellent project management skills, including risk and resource management.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams across multiple locations.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion R12 upgrades or full-cycle implementations.
  • Knowledge of Oracle integration tools and reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with change management and organizational adoption strategies.
