Summary: The Oracle Fusion R12 Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Oracle Fusion R12 implementation projects on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of Oracle Fusion R12 implementation and upgrade projects.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and manage project teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
Track project progress, manage changes, and address issues proactively.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and internal quality standards.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions related to Oracle Fusion R12 modules.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers when applicable.
Drive process improvements and optimize system usage post-implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion R12 or Oracle E-Business Suite projects.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion cloud apps, especially Financials, Supply Chain, or HCM modules.
Excellent project management skills, including risk and resource management.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work with diverse teams across multiple locations.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Oracle Fusion R12 upgrades or full-cycle implementations.
Knowledge of Oracle integration tools and reporting solutions.
Familiarity with change management and organizational adoption strategies.
