Job description

CentroBill is a global fintech company with over 13 years of industry experience, helping merchants accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and alternative payment methods. We operate with an international team and a results-oriented environment focused on innovation, growth, and long-term partnerships.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing Sales Organization and support merchant acquisition, deal execution, and end-to-end onboarding processes. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Managers and Sales leadership team, supporting pipeline operations, documentation flow, and merchant onboarding across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in managing the full deal lifecycle from signed agreement to merchant activation
  • Coordinate merchant onboarding processes
  • Facilitate exchange and processing of commercial agreements with merchants and partners
  • Maintain and update CRM pipeline data, ensuring accuracy and visibility across the sales organization
  • Support Sales Managers and Business Development leadership with deal execution tasks
  • Prepare and organize sales documentation and reporting materials

Required skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working in fintech industry
  • Experience working with various SaaS and CRM software (Pipedrive)
  • Good understanding of the sales process,  generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals
  • Experience in sales is a big plus
  • Excellent English: spoken and written both (other languages are a bonus)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Open-minded, quick learner, easy to adapt to the ever-changing payment ecosystem
