Job Summary

We’re seeking a seasoned Sales Consultant with deep knowledge of retirement plan administration and a proven track record of building strong relationships with financial advisors and wholesalers. This role is not just about selling-it’s about educating, consulting, and strategically guiding our partners to success. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, wholesalers, and other key stakeholders in your territory
  • Act as a technical resource to educate partners on retirement plan design, compliance testing, and government reporting
  • Deliver presentations, webinars, and consultations to support advisor sales efforts and deepen understanding of TPA services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized retirement plan solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth within the assigned territory
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in retirement plan administration 
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years in retirement plan sales, TPA services, or related financial services
  • Strong understanding of plan design, compliance testing, 5500 reporting, and other regulatory requirements
  • Established network of financial advisors and wholesalers within your territory
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex retirement plan concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable navigating consultative sales cycles and positioning value beyond price
  • Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently 


Remote Work Information

For all virtual remote positions, in order to ensure employees can effectively perform their job duties with no distractions, we require an uninterrupted virtual work space and there is also an expectation of family care being in place during business hours. Compensation Information

The average salary for this position is expected to be between $77,000 and $100,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This role includes an incentive component in addition to a base salary. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis. Other rewards and benefits may include: 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, paid-time off, etc.
