We are looking for a results-driven Digital Account Manager to manage a high-volume portfolio of small to mid-sized customer accounts through a scalable, low-touch engagement model. This role is responsible for driving customer retention, renewals, and account growth while ensuring customers continue to realize value from CyberMaxx solutions and services. This is an early-career role designed for individuals looking to grow their skills in account management, customer success, and commercial operations.
The Digital Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio with guidance from leadership and senior team members. This role plays a critical role in protecting recurring revenue, identifying expansion opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships efficiently within a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.
This role works closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining a primary focus on commercial outcomes and long-term account health.
