We are looking for two experienced Data Quality Analysts (Mid-Level and Senior-Level) to support a large-scale global data governance and data quality initiative within a leading pharmaceutical organization. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data quality solutions within Workday and related HR systems, ensuring high standards of data integrity, governance, and reporting across the enterprise. This role combines expertise in data quality management, Workday reporting, data governance, and stakeholder collaboration.Key Responsibilities:
Data Quality & Governance
Design and implement Data Quality Rules based on Critical Data Elements (CDEs).
Build and maintain data validation and condition rules within Workday.
Monitor data quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify data issues, prioritize remediation activities, and track resolution progress.
Support the development and execution of enterprise-wide data quality strategies.
Workday Solution Design
Design scalable and sustainable data quality solutions within Workday.
Optimize existing workflows and reporting solutions while minimizing impacts on current processes.
Analyze Workday data structures, business processes, and module interdependencies.
Ensure data consistency and seamless integrations between Workday and connected HR systems.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and monitoring solutions.
Produce governance and data quality reporting packs for stakeholders.
Deliver actionable insights into data trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Support KPI tracking and governance reporting activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business, HR, governance, and technical teams.
Translate business requirements into technical data quality solutions.
Present findings, recommendations, and governance outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Mentor and guide junior analysts (Senior profile).

3+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or HR Data Management.
Experience with Workday reporting and data analysis.
